You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please get in touch with us within the return period.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
